Stone's Rag (Traditional, U.S.)

0 ratings

One of the best known old-time rags, Stone’s is well suited for creating variations and improvising. Don’t let that scare you! You will learn A LOT from this piece. The main three features of rags are all here: (1.) syncopation; (2.) accidentals/chromatics; and (3.) circle of fifths chord movement (the V of the V the V of the V!!!). The backup is much fun too!
