This super energetic piece is a fantastic representation of the possibilities of left-hand lead. By placing our left hand on nearly all the melody notes, we can use our right hand to bring out the harmonization. The piece modulates from Bm in the A part to F#m in the B part. This is so much fun to play. If you have dampers, you are going to want to use them! Helicon (with Chris Norman, Ken Kolodner, Robin Bullock) originally recorded this piece on The Titan

A few years later, we recorded this piece again but this time as part of a larger suite of traditional Andean music with one of the finest chamber orchestras in the world, based in Argentina, The Camerata Bariloche. Definitely take a listen! It is FAST!
